FYI MSNBC was/is Trumps preferred news network. He sent the return to a reporter who then took it to Maddcow like he was supposed to. Trump released the returns before Naddcow did

There's no proof Trump sent them. But even if he did, he didn't give express permission that they could be released. Hence, she committed a felony under the law I posted in the OP.

As for the White House releasing the material, that happened minutes before Maddow went live. She expressed intent to commit a felony and conspiracy to commit a felony (with her guest), and then followed through. Trump's releasing the material is incidental.

I hope she gets arrested and her prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law!!
