You retards realize that the White House released these returns moments after Maddcow said she would, right? Trump sent this.

Hence, she committed a felony under the law I posted in the OP. As for the White House releasing the material, that happened minutes before Maddow went live. She expressed intent to commit a felony and conspiracy to commit a felony (with her guest), and then followed through. Trump's releasing the material is incidental.
