Speak for yourself. Many people, mostly men, really do need regular sex. Men's hormones(women's too - maybe) get changed for the better when they're getting some every day or two. Anything less than that and we seek to fill the gap. As adults, we can suppress that feeling for the good of the relationship, but making sure that we're sexually satiated is far more important than the excess food that the society constantly pushes on us.

A woman that wants to keep her man happy will initiate and make sure his balls are drained every day or two at a minimum. There are plenty of ways to do that and most women know how. She also needs to show affection and sleep with him naked - unless there's a damn good reason not to. Guys who want to keep their woman should do all they can to keep them happy too, though I'm not a woman and am still trying to figure out that part.
