I had that happen earlier today in a northern burb of Atlanta. It was actually vibrating my house. I've had a lot of military planes fly over before but I've never heard anything like that. Unfortunately at that time it was really cloudy so I could not see what type of planes they were.

At a news conference in Seoul, alongside his South Korean counterpart Yun Byung-se, Tillerson said U.S was exploring the new range of diplomatic, security and economic measures and emphasized that Obama administration's policy of "strategic patience"— that saw tightening of sanctions to try and get North Korea back to negotiations aimed at denuclearization — had ended.

I do think we are getting ready to do a preemptive nuclear strike against North Korea.

Have you asked anyone locally? Law enforcement, airport traffic control, emergency management (chk county govt for listing) City Council/Mayor, County Commissioners, radio station news room, local ham radio club--these people might have answers or better suggestions on who to call to find out what kind of planes those were since they may have also noticed them. Closest military base would know but may or may not tell you.

I believe he said it was unusual for that to happen, but figured they were going to a nearby rural airport for exercises.
