Rather than CoQ10, look for Ubiquinol. It is the reduced form of Co Q10 is absorbed much easier than Co Q10 by itself. Also, look into Resperate! It trains you to breathe properly and lower your blood pressure naturally. Blood-letting, an ancient practice, is probably the quickest and most effective way to lower blood pressure in the short-term but you have to be extremely careful & very sanitary when doing this. 3. Exercise, especially do some cardio for at least 30 minutes every day. 4. Don't eat so much red meat, eggs, or grains. Try going vegan for a month or so. 5. Sleep well. Make sure you're getting enough sleep. 6. Check your spine health. Spines that are out of alignment can effect blood pressure. |

You can also take arginine and citrilline which expand the blood vessels reducing pressure. Also take nattokinase...a Japanese supplement used to treat high blood pressure. I take lisinopril and htz and it brings my no down all day from 150+ to 130. Lower if I throw in potassium. |

You're starting off good with the CoQ10 and the Garlic - I was at around the same blood pressure as you - still young with family history of high BP. I took the CoQ10 and garlic also added Omega 3's, calcium and drank beet juice. Started off every day with some lemon water, then had some oatmeal with almond milk. Lost 10lbs in a month cutting out crap (sugar and fried goo) and by starting the day right and going for de-stressing walks, not worrying about how far I walked, just to unwind and enjoy, but I was exercising without feeling like it. A month later -- 120/80! Good luck! Just make your new routine fun and try not to stress. |

I would go to the doctor and get meds immediately... and THEN work on homeopathic remedies. I found the keto diet (with or without weight loss) to be very useful - above everything else. |
