A family member had been fighting high blood pressure for years with medication. They started drinking Hibiscus Tea and next doctor visit, blood pressure was best it had been in a very long time. Doctor asked about diet changes, they told the doc about the tea, and the doc warned them that the tea could cause the BP to go too low. They were pissed no doctor had ever suggested this to them, and it worked better than the expensive prescription medications. Not sure about this, but it worked in this case.
