You sure about that? I thought so too until I looked deeper. That was Obama's budget for NASA, passed by Congress, and now signed by Trump.
President Obama proposes $19 billion for NASA in fiscal 2017 budget [ link to www.usatoday.com] He didn't have to sign off on it and if it all goes bad the one responsible will be the one with the signature on the dotted line so YES Trump did give that money to NASA. That's true. Good point, thank you.
