1. Two american dads did that: in the first case the teen girl was left at home while her parents went on a weekend vacation and she invited a bunch of her friends over which got way out of hand and a ton of teens showed up and totally trashed the entire house, furniture, everything and the cops were called and the whole house had to be redone, so dad was furious and cut all her hair off: second case was a dad who got mad at his young teen daughter for some reason, I think it had to do with her internet stuff, and he cut off her hair but she jumped off an interstate highway bridge and killed herself.

2. I hope her family didn't do the FGM on her; that is worse than getting scalped since hair can group back at least.
