Now...of course that would mean that the homeowner would be alone with the intruder until the cops arrived - who knows if that intruder had a gun, knife, if he could kill with his hands. So the homeowner is a sitting target with a man that already has shown he has no regard for the law. But on the other hand, if the man had the ability to go next door, then he had a chance to leave the situation.... |
