Setting up safe zones probably. Of course to do that he has to take a bunch of land and secure it.
So it's kind of an invasion but if he turns around and gives it to Syrians then not really.
Not sure what you classify that as.

I won't bring up safe zones were a campaign promise of Trump's because that would just screw the whole hysteria thing we got going on here up.
