The top 0.1% towers over the other 9.9% of your 10.. and they call the shots, they push the whole thing forward.
Once everything becomes nearly worthless, that 0.1% will still hold immeasurably more wealth than everyone else and then use it to gain ownership over the assets of others, even wholesale. This same method was followed in WW's 1 & 2, making it even easier to amalgamate assets each time it is executed.
..just a thought.
