Mix the 7 colors of foods and the 7 tastes of foods. Its all about balance for the health of the blood.
The lower processes of stomach and lungs create the correct function of the mind.

He repeats the necessity of taking vinegar. Not in great quantities , but 2-3 times a week on salads etc.

He says when you lack energy, rub your hands together vigorously and this creates free electrons and energy fields which will invigorate you. He says to try that with the hands and then space them apart and feel the energy.

After charging the hands, place your hands on weak parts of the body to heal them.

Positive thoughts are necessary for good health.
He says ‘you are about to encounter something that you are totally unfamiliar with, the war’

He has been threatened with violence for talking this way. Basically , those that hate him for this are ignorant and stupid.

He claims to be in contact with ETs, space travel, etc.

WWIII will start because an accident.
