If China and the U.S. are going to war with North Korea... this is the stupidest way to go about it. They could have hit North Korea all the sudden with a surprise attack and took out everything NK had along with Lil Kim, suckling his thumb, asleep in his bed.
Now that they have given North Korea the heads up... NK has time to reltaiate, bunker down, and send all their missiles into South Korea, activate their sleeper cells, or do anything else they may have planned.
