It is privately owned, everything the print and stand for are lies.
The FED (Central fiat banking) is the enemy of the Republic and the only thing keeping the New World Order in place.
Litterally under Federal Statute, the Federal Reserve any anyone using the currency is produces is an enemy.
Just look up "The trading with the enemy act".
