The judge who refused to comply with the federal law should be disbarred.
He broke the laws by abusing his power and his occupational duty to preserve the laws and obey them.
Disbar him, he can be the crow on the pole for all others who corrupt their place they were entrusted with.
Move for a disbarment of him.
