The jailer missed the 2:00 am check. Only did the 3:00 am check and saw the sheet. Said Hernandez was OK at 1:00 am. Jailer has been on the job for 7 years. Now he's on paid administrative leave pending an investigation. Checks are supposed to be done hourly.
So what do you think this means?
