Ever heard of ADS-B spoofing/ creating false positives?

The Russians just delivered electronic warfare equipment to Iran via the Caspian A Russian SAR Search and Rescue is in port at Abu Musa island with an Iranian SAR and an Iranian tug. Can ads-b be spoofed, too. Doubtless it can.
