Sometimes people don't have a choice. You never know when the wrong side of food poisoning will kick in or something. In most instances there's a choice.. garbage in garbage out and all that, just don't eat junk. I fly a lot and only got caught out once on a trip back from Bali. 5 1/2hrs of cold sweats, shivering and much teeth clenching. I'll spare you the details of what happened when I got home but got home I did. No other passangers knew what terror they were spared that day but not all heroes wear capes, how were they to know? ... anyway sorry, don't mean to derail the thread.. have 5* OP
