If it is true when they say, "your thoughts shape your reality". Well in that case choose to believe that you are special to the universe and some how, some way, you'll become the person you've always dreamed of becoming through this process. Live your way into the answer.
Don't mis understand me, I'm no snowflake, but choosing what you believe will at least let you have a smile on your face and quite possibly turn a negative into a positive.

Tell me if your ears are ringing then. Experiment. Keep a journal of where you are and what time your ears start ringing. Is it the left or the right? Record that as well in your journal. At least it will give you back some control over the situation.
