That's no true.. I worked 12+ hours a day and still ran 4 to 5 miles and did calisthenics every morning for 20 years (and still do). My morning started then at 0430 now I do it at 0800. Time management, self motivation and discipline is the key..

If a person has an hour to watch a TV program then they have an hour to exercise. I don't watch TV not just because it is filled with propaganda , but it also is a big time consumer/waster.
