See the patterns of those around you, as you expand your energy field, it encompasses non players, and they begin to play roles via the energy patterns they have around them (archetypes) which create waves which in turn create an interference pattern on your energy field, this interference is the script being played out, when the patterns are activated it in turn activates the overseeing archetype of the smaller pattern you and the other beings giving feedback have, and this is then how the scenes are played out.

The overseeing archetype places a channel over you, and the others in the scenes, feel the channel as it comes through you, feel the downward flow of energy, then simply wriggle yourself to the left or the right, back or forward, this will put you in control and not let the stupid scenes play out, then you can ground in and explore the situation, and explore it from a third person perspective and gain insight in to the meaning of the scene. Consume the energy pattern related to the scene, which means, you just took all the energy and made it your own, flow it in to your torus, and join with a tree to hold the balanced flow to neutralize the energy pattern, once you are able to move through the scene not as a player, but a director, then you can really mess with their scripts.

The way they are able to place the channel and create the scenes within your system, is they create space within you, via the energy patterns, basically, bubbles. fear, doubt, uncertainty etc etc, allows the patterns to delve deeper in to your system, and as they grow, they become catching points for your energy flow, they grab energy and grow, pushing you outside of your own body, when you are fully present, fully inside your body, the scenes can not be activated within you, but you will see them play out all around you, trying to draw you in.
