Using logic, this is where he'll be from.
Whites will continue to be the minority, and the hate for them is growing. So God / Universe knows people wil continue to be less declined to listen a white person.
Too many hate for blacks, so he likely won't be black.
Too much hate for middle Easterners / Arabs.
Too much hate for J-ws.
So God / Universe will use someone most will listen to, so him being Asian makes sense.
Now which Asian country?
Certain Asian contries are associated with too much negativity.
People are more inclined to listen to someone from a humble backgrounds.
So just like Jesus who had a humble upbringing, the Asian will likely be from a poor Asian country without too much negative associations.
It'll probably be somewhere in South East Asia. The eyes are more round, so more will relate to him, based on physical features alone.
