The town govt. knew about the filthy water well in advance and protected themselves by purchasing (at taxpaer's expense, of course), bottled water for themselves while doing absofuckinglutely nothing to fix with the people were drinking and washing in. It's ok for the townfolk to be poisoned to death but oh, no, not the govt., of course.

Rack up $8000 in Vacancy Fines and get a 60 day notice for Sheriff sale to your home or building. Gulag Murika uses police reports, licence & inspection & roving inspectors, fire department, water department, and neighbors (everybody) to snitch on suspected "vacancy" status . Criminals within Agencies created this entire mess, covered it up for years and a lot of people within the agencies all knew to some extent what they knew was criminal.

Yet they collected taxes every year in the name of maintaining the treatment facilities. When was the last time your water bill every went down? It rises every year for less water served and yet all that money collected never went to do what was right for the taxpayers.

Now the very agencies are threatening victims once again with house foreclosure?.

Who says crime doesn't pay?, certainly not the people who collected their paychecks from the victim taxpayer every week while poisoning the very hands that fed them.
