De-Hypnotising Techniques - how to make sure you are awake.
It takes two to lie: one to tell it and one that wants to believe it.

The first step in de-hypnotism is to ask yourself what you believe and why. What do you want to believe? What are your assumptions and where did they come from? Are they based on personal experience and observation, or? Identify where your "truths" come from.

Here are a few things that break hypnotism:

1. Fasting

2. Pain

3. Critical thinking - see opening statement.

4. Prayer or thoughtful-awake observation


There are also things that are known to cause hypnotism:

1. Religious/political meetings at which one speaker is a central focus and is telling you what to believe

2. Materials that cause you to shut everything else out: pornography, fast moving movies, some music, MSM. (Ideas that are presented while you are narrowly focused make it through your critical thinking barrier and into your subconscious.)

3. Fear of dying or any other fixation. (Again, narrowing your focus.)


4. Childhood patterns re-instated (get in line, do what you're told, do your homework, etc. . .)




In summary, there is nothing like an occasional 48 hour fast and meditation in a rural place without a cell phone or internet. Take some time to stop and think about what is real.

One of the most persistent and pervasive messages is that there is no single reality. This is central to hypnotism - and is a huge tool in creating a hypnotic state. Without foundations, the mind has nothing to stand on.

It is important to trace your foundations back to their origins rather than accepting a "truth" that was given to you while you were "under." This is why going out in the wilderness and fasting while you find your core beliefs is so effective. In a time of turmoil you will be much stronger and less likely to fall apart.

I guess it's a bit paradoxical then because I heard controlling food/drink is one the the first things cult leaders do to break people down.

You probably don't have to worry about cult leaders hypnotising you. . . it's more likely going to be advertisers and political parties. I mean - have you ever met a cult leader or been under the influence of one?

LOL - he just answered you. This message is so pervasive - Disney's "follow your heart". . . Looking within yourself for the answers. This is a dead-end because what you come up with is whatever is in your subconscious, which can be (and likely has been) hacked.

This is tempting because you can justify yourself and your own actions if you are your own standard-- rather than something more fundamental than yourself.

The irony is that the self-justification loop is absolutely co-optable. You can't protect yourself against being hacked if you are your own truth.

Most of the country has been drugged with LSA. I've been looking for an antidote.

Repeated / regular fasting has a cumulative effect beyone a one time fast.

Regular light exercise once or twice a day helps.

fear. fear makes you take stock of what is going on - on a deep level. Expose yourself to things you are afraid of.

pain, but it has to be so strong it makes you flinch. Its tough to expose yourself to enough pain without damaging your body. It can also cast out demons.

Cultural isolation: not subscribing to the many delusions forced upon you helps your brain break free from any particular meme. Examples: rich people are "right", phd="right", police=right, persecute crime victims (stone girls that get raped), everyone is "equal."

no-fap can give you the energy to think more deeply about your life and engage in introspection, but at the same time that extra energy can reinforce hypnosis instead of get rid of it.

Interesting. How do you believe LSA is administered?

There is a detox herbal blend that I've seen help people get over Lymes and various related infections, and it cleanses heavy metals.

One doctor I read mentioned that diet is important in de-hypnotism - nutrition. [link to www.drlwilson.com]

I think it's pretty well known that heavy metals and parasites can decrease mental clarity, so it makes sense that diet and fasting would help.
