We did not set out to Find Madeleine. That was not our purpose. Nor did we have any preconception as to what may have happened to her. We barely recalled the circumstances of her disappearance when we began; only that it was terribly sad, tragic and unresolved.

We set out to find out why a reference to Madeleine Mccann occurred in the closing days of the 2016 U.S. Presidential election. In pursuing that question we had to understand who Smithman was.

Smithman is the man with two faces. His two faces seem to share an almost familial resemblance. The two distinct images of Smithman’s faces were released by Operation Grange in 2013 as a person of interest in Madeleine’s disappearance. Smithman did not generate any useful leads after the Grangers released the images. A few months later Smithman was forgotten. By 2016, the Met Police had long since ceased looking for Smithman.

It was as if he never existed.

Although he had disappeared Smithman came out of hibernation in the Fall of 2016. When he reappeared in the final week of the 2016 U.S. Presidential election he created quite a sensation.

The two Smithman images bore an uncanny resemblance to two brothers who are Washington DC insiders and power-brokers. One of the brothers, John Podesta, was the Chairman of Hillary Clinton’s Presidential campaign and had previously served as the transition committee Chariman for newly elected President Obama and later as Counselor to President Obama.

Smithman became part of the bizarre PizzaGate story that developed after Wikileaks released John Podesta’s private emails.

PizzaGate was weird and unresolvable. As a story, it was trivialized, mocked and marginalized by the legacy media. After which it was consigned to the nether-reaches of the web.

In early December 2016 an internet cowboy from North Carolina drove with his guns to Washington DC to find the child sex slaves secretly being held captive in the tunnels underneath Comet Ping Pong. The would-be savior entered during business hours where he fired a bullet into the floor as he conducted his search and panicked patrons fled.

He did not find the sex slaves or the secret tunnels.

There are no tunnels below Comet Ping Pong. The tunnels the would-be savior saw on the internet are part of an abandoned trolley line in DuPont Circle two miles south of Comet.

Soon thereafter Pizzagate became the third rail of American journalism and politics. The shooting incident made Comet’s quirky owner into the poster boy to restrain Fake News (i.e. censorship). Yet the owner’s social media accounts showed him, his restaurant and various acquaintances and associates to have some very unusual if not questionable interests. Some of these questionable interests were shared with his friends and associates, among them, John and Tony Podesta.

No one was hurt in the shooting incident at Comet. The shooters intentions seemed to be noble though utterly reckless and naive.

Unlike the sex slaves at Comet, Smithman isn’t a delusion. The two Smithman images were released by the British Metropolitan Police and Operation Grange in the course of their investigation of a real and heinous crime.

Smithman has a pedigree. Smithman is also evidence. But evidence of what?

We followed the path to Smithman. It turned out to be the path that led to Madeleine.

What happened is shocking.

Most will recall Madeleine Mccann as the little British girl who, a few days shy of her fourth birthday, vanished without a trace in 2007 while on vacation with her family in Praia da Luz, Portugal. Madeleine’s mysterious disappearance and her family’s fruitless efforts to Find Madeleine gripped Britain and much of the world for years thereafter.

For those who have yet to read “Finding Madeleine”, what was not known at the time, and what most are still unaware, is that a web of secrecy was imposed on nearly all significant matters related to Madeleine about two weeks after she went missing. The web of secrecy was imposed when her parents petitioned to make Madeleine a Ward of the High Court.

Although Wardship can be a useful strategy when a child is taken by one parent to another country against the wishes of another, its usefulness in abduction of a child by a stranger in another country is unclear. What advantage does Wardship provide when law enforcement and courts in the other country are already making every effort to locate the missing child? It’s not as if the High Court could compel the Portuguese courts or the Judicial Police to try harder.

There isn’t even any suggestion the High Court tried to facilitate the Portuguese in their efforts. Quite the opposite; it was after the High Court became involved that relevant evidence and information in Britain began to be suppressed.

Here’s what happened after the High Court became involved:

the Mccann’s ceded their parental and custodial rights to Madeleine to the Court,
the Court’s secrecy rules went into effect,
the Court’s ability to issue gag orders to the press went into effect,
the Court issued orders that gave the Mccann’s carte blanche to rifle through confidential police investigatory files,
two damning statements in possession of the Leicestershire police were suppressed,
the Court likely appointed a Guardian and/or legal representative for Madeleine who remains anonymous under the Court’s secrecy rules.

Here’s something else we learned from Chapter One: in the first few days following Madeleine’s disappearance, and with but a few exceptions, IFLG (the Mccann’s attorneys) did not even bother to record or make any notes about what callers to a hotline they were answering had to say, or even who the callers were. They just referred the callers to the Leicestershire police without lifting a pencil. IFLG’s surprising lack of care in recording potential critical information in the days after Madeleine vanished is portrayed a year later by IFLG as completely unremarkable.

Go back to Chapter One and read that part of the transcript again and see if it doesn’t sound odd. If it were your child who was missing and presumably abducted by pedophiles, and it was your attorney receiving potentially vital if not life-saving tips, leads and calls, wouldn’t you want them to at least jot a few notes?

Organ harvesting is a serious issue, but they had other plans for Madeleine. As evidenced by the high-level coverup of her abuse at the hands of one or both of her parents.

Madeleine's disappearance was a highly-orchestrated event. When she was made a Ward of the Court the Court's secrecy rules came into effect and her parents forfeit all of rights to a stranger.

As IFLG and the Mccann’s busied themselves with creating Madeleine’s Fund, IFLG also set about making Madeleine a Ward of the High Court, likely filing a petition for Wardship on or shortly after May 17, 2007. We cannot say exactly when because such matters are handled anonymously for the docket and proceedings related to custody and Wardship are confidential and under seal of the Court, consistent with British statutes and procedures at the time.

Nevertheless, by filing their petition to make Madeleine a Ward of the Court the Mccann’s voluntarily and affirmatively sought to forfeit their legal, custodial, and parental rights and responsibilities to their daughter.

“The Telegraph can also disclose that Madeleine was made a ward of court last summer [2007] at the request of the McCann’s, to empower judges to act in her best interests in any legal dispute such as the case which is about to be heard.

Clarence Mitchell, the McCann’s’ spokesman, said: ‘I can state that on the instigation of Gerry and Kate McCann Madeleine is a ward of the High Court of England and Wales. An application has been made on Madeleine’s behalf by her parents for disclosure of certain documents. The hearing is currently scheduled for July 7 [2008] in the High Court in London. It has been the stated intention of Gerry and Kate McCann to leave no stone unturned in doing everything necessary to search for their daughter, as would any parent. This application is just part of their search for Madeleine.’

Madeleine’s status as a ward of court has never been disclosed by her parents, who quietly made a wardship application in the High Court just weeks after she went missing. The couple’s legal team had advised them to ask for Madeleine to be made a ward of court because wardship status gives the courts certain statutory powers to act on her behalf in legal disputes such as the one which has arisen with Leicestershire police.”

Shortly after Madeleine disappeared her parents initiated a legal proceeding that ceded all of their parental rights and responsibilities to a stranger. That stranger was Judge Dame Mary Claire Hogg of the High Court in London, who began to exercise Wardship over Madeleine in the Summer of 2007.

When Madeleine was made a Ward of the High Court all matters related to her fell under the Family Division’s confidentiality rules and any orders the Court might issue pertaining to her. One such rule is the Court’s ability to “restrain publicity” per Section 1.2(a) of the Family Division’s “Practice Direction”.

Many are taken for their organs. How many of those were made Wards of the Court? How many were abused by pedo parents? ABOUT A YEAR after Madeleine vanished, Madeleine’s Fund had produced nothing useful. It was around then when two gentlemen with intelligence connections partnered up to pitch Madeleine’s Fund. e Fund had money and BK was hiring. The two partners were Henri’ Exton and Kevin Halligen. Exton was the more senior of the pair, however the contract was awarded to Oakley International, the rm of the junior partner.

According to a Sunday Times article on November 2, 2009,

“Madeleine had been missing for a year when Brian Kennedy, the millionaire philanthropist who had invested heavily in a fund to find the little girl, contacted Halligen’s firm via Exton.”



Brian Kennedy knew of Exton and contacted him. Exton referred Kennedy to Halligen. Kennedy hired Halligen’s firm to work for Madeleine’s Fund. Halligen brought Exton along.

Exton is the real deal. He’s the former head of undercover operations for MI5; he ran undercover operations, in infiltrators, agents and cut-outs.

During the “troubles” in Northern Ireland, Exton ran what are called “supergrasses”. Supergrasses (the term may derive from “snakes in the grass”) are turncoats, informers, provocateurs and operatives who MI5 recruited from among, and used against, the Northern Irish paramilitaries.

Exton was also responsible for penetrating organized crime rings and gangs; he became the leader of one particularly notorious gang organized around Manchester City. According to an article in the Daily Mail on August 23, 2008 (the article is no longer available online), Exton’s leadership position with the gang involved planning, directing and committing various criminal acts.

Kevin Halligen was also known as Kevin Halligan, Richard Hall, and a number of other aliases. We’ll go with Halligen. Halligen’s background is murky; he reportedly worked for the British Atomic Energy Agency. After leaving their employ, he claimed to work (variously) for MI5, MI6, the CIA and the British GCHQ. According to a late August 2009 article in the Evening Standard (since retracted), “very little of that is true”. Halligen was born in Dublin and also claimed to have “operational experience” in Northern Ireland.

Exton and Halligen reportedly met in 2007 at the Special Forces Club in London’s Knightsbridge neighborhood. The Club’s members are from Britain’s secret services and special forces. A Sunday Times article from November 22, 2009 reports Halligen was invited to become a Club member by its then chairman, Major Donald Palmer, and by Major General John Holmes, a former commander of the SAS. The SAS is the British Army’s elite military unit, equivalent to the Delta Force or Navy Seals in the U.S.

It was at the Special Forces Club that Exton reportedly met Halligen. Exton and Halligen may have met at the Special Forces Club in 2007, but it is more likely they met up at the Club they both frequented. In any event, Exton and Halligen swam in the same pond; they were both welcome at the Special Forces Club.

Chapter 4, The Partners (Part 1)

Irrespective of when or where they met, Exton had not just fallen off the turnip lorry; he is as experienced an undercover operator as anyone might imagine. According to the Sunday Times, Exton is the former National Head of undercover operations for MI5. MI5 is the British domestic intelligence service; it can be thought of as the equivalent of the U.S. Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) unconstrained by the Bill of Rights in the U.S. Constitution. Exton worked undercover for MI5 and came to run its undercover operations. Exton was decorated by the Queen and awarded a coveted Order of the British Empire medal.

Exton and Halligen secured an appointment with Madeleine’s Fund to make their pitch: they would conduct an extensive and sophisticated investigation and search; they would leave no stone unturned; they would set up their own undercover operations and a surveillance operation in Portugal; they would re-interview witnesses; they would extend their investigation to include pedophile networks elsewhere in Europe; Halligen would travel to Washington, DC to obtain satellite surveillance data from his intelligence contacts there. They would set up a call center. That’s the short list.

Team Mccann bit, agreeing to pay the pair £100,000 monthly for five months work, plus expenses according to the redacted Evening Standard article published in late August 2009. The two partners were not extending their charity rate.

The partner’s credentials might have seemed well suited for the assignment. That finding missing people wasn’t something the pair had done much of did not dissuade BK and Team Mccann; the Fund was at an impasse with nothing to show for their efforts. The pair might get results where others failed.

Unfortunately, the Fund’s new hot-shot investigators had a few problems.

Exton had been apprehended about five years earlier for nicking a bottle of perfume from a duty-free store at the Manchester airport while he was on an undercover assignment for MI5.

Nicking the perfume seems like a silly thing for Exton to have done. Maybe he was stressed. Whether a momentary lapse of judgment, or something else, when the local police showed up his cover was blown. Exton reportedly agreed to a “caution”, effectively admitting the shoplifting charge, after which he was let go by MI5. About a year later Exton’s caution was rescinded and he seems to have been allowed to retire. Looks like he was going to keep his pension. At some point Exton reportedly claimed and received compensation for PTSD.

The bottle of perfume turned out to be the least of the pair’s problems. According to the November 22, 2009 Sunday Times article, Halligen had an inauspicious start in the private security business.

“His first entry into the private security business was as technical director for the Inkerman Group, a company set up by Gerald Moor, an ex-army intelligence officer. The job ended abruptly in 2003 after Halligen drank Moor’s stocks of champagne and “irreplaceable” burgundy while house-sitting for a couple of weeks.”

It seems Halligen had already acquired much of the skills that would further his career. A few years later, just before he and Exton partnered up for the Madeleine’s Fund job, Halligen defrauded a large multi-national company named Trafigura. As a result, Halligen was indicted in the U.S. and subsequently convicted for fraud in 2009.

Halligen’s contributions to find Madeleine included supplying a single google earth image, hiring an actor to pretend to be a ‘drunken priest’ to seek confessions among the patrons of bars in Praia da Luz, and setting up a hot line from which he never bothered to collect the messages. To the extent Oakley International accomplished any real investigative work on behalf of Madeleine’s Fund it wasn’t Halligen who got it done.

One of the highest priorities for Brian Kennedy was to obtain a facial image of a man an Irish family had observed carrying a sleeping, young, white girl in the vicinity around the time Madeleine disappeared. Kennedy had been unsuccessful in getting a facial reconstruction of this man. The job was assigned to Exton. It took a bit of doing, but Exton pulled it off. Exton delivered the photo-fit facial images of a man dubbed “Smithman” to Madeleine’s Fund in late 2008.

Despite Exton’s success in obtaining the long-sought facial image of Smithman, things did not go well. Four months into their engagement with the Fund, Exton and Halligen were let go. They were paid most or all their £500,000 fee. Exton submitted his report to the Fund with the Smithman images around November 2008 and went on his way. As we shall see, Halligen was attending to another matter.

I make this statement in relation to the MCCANN family who are currently in Portugal. The MCCANN family is composed of Gerry MCCANN, his wife, Kate MCCANN and their three children, Madeleine, 4 years old, and Sean and Amelie, who are twins, aged two.

As has been widely covered by the news, Madeleine is not with her family presently, and has been missing for the last two weeks.

I will begin by explaining that I am married to Savio Gaspar and that we have two daughters, E., who is almost 3 and I. who is now one year old. I have been married to Savio for 11 years. I am a General Practitioner like my husband. I met my husband when we were (page 1) working together in Exeter, about 14 years ago.

To explain the way in which we met the MCCANN family, I would like to state that my husband knows Kate, as they both attended Dundee University between 1987 and 1992. At that time, Kate?s name was Kate HEALY. I met Kate and Gerry on the occasion of their wedding, around 1998, in Liverpool. Both Savio and I went to the wedding because as Savio was an old friend of Kate?s, we were both invited to the event.

As far as I know, Savio did not know Gerry before the abovementioned wedding. From that time onwards, we met as friends about three times a year and we would spent weekends away together. I would say that we became intimate friends of Gerry and Kate.

I remember that in 2002 or 2003, Savio and I spent a weekend with Gerry and Kate in Devon. We would stay in contact with each other by telephone.

In 2002/2003 Savio and I were living in Birmingham and the MCCANNS in Leicester.

In September of 2005, Savio, I and E., who at the time was about 1 and a half years old, went to spend our holidays abroad, in Majorca. We went (page 2) on holiday with Kate, Gerry, and Madeleine, who would have been around 2 and a half years old and with the twins, Sean and Amelie, who were just months old. I remember that I was pregnant with I.

During those holidays there were also friends of Gerry and Kate with us.

There was a couple, whose names were Dave and Fiona, and whose surname was PAYNE, I believe. I think that they were married and had one daughter aged about 1, named L. I remember that during those holidays that Fiona was pregnant.

There was another couple, whose names were Tara and Stuart, but whose surname I cannot remember who were also on holiday with us. They had two boys, aged 1 and 3, whose names I do not remember. I did not know these two families before we went on holidays together. From memory, I think that it was Dave who organised these holidays and we all stayed together in a big house when we were in Majorca.

We spend a week on holidays, however, the MCCANN family and the PAYNE family stayed for two weeks. I think that Tara and Stuart, and their two children, also stayed for just one week.

Two or three days had gone by, we were all staying in Majorca where, in general terms, we had fun (Page 3) with our children. Possibly, around the fourth or perhaps the fifth day abroad, I remember an incident that stayed recorded in my head. I say this in this way, because I have thought numerous times about the incident that I am about to describe since that date.

One night, when we were on holiday, the adults, in other words, the couples that I mentioned were on a patio outside the house where we were staying. We had been eating and drinking.

I was sitting between Dave and Gerry whom I believe were both talking about Madeleine. I don't remember the conversation in its entirety, but it seemed they were discussing a possible scenario. I remember Dave telling Gerry something like ?she?, referring to Madeleine, ?would do this?.

When he mentioned ?this?, Dave was sucking on one of his fingers, pushing it in and out of his mouth, whilst with the other hand he circled his nipple, with a circulating movement over his clothes. This was done in a provocative manner there being an explicit insinuation in relation to what he was saying and doing.

I remember that I was shocked at this, and looked at Gerry, and also at Dave, to see their reactions. I looked around (page 4) to see ?did anyone else hear this, or was it just me?. There was a nervous silence noted in the conversations of all the others and immediately afterwards everyone began talking again.

I never spoke to anyone about this, but I always felt that it was something very strange and that it wasn't something that should be done or said.

Apart from this, I remember that Dave did the same thing once again. When I refer to this, I want to mention again that it was during a conversation, in which he was talking about an imaginary situation, though I could not say precisely what it was about. I believe that he was talking about his own daughter, L., though I'm not certain. He slid one of his fingers in and out of his mouth, while the other hand drew a circle around his nipple in a provocative and sexual manner. I believe that he was referring to the way that L., would behave or would do it.

I believe that he did this later on, during the holidays, but I cannot be sure. The only time, besides this one, that I was with Dave and Fiona was several weeks after the holidays, when Savio and I met up with Gerry, Kate, Dave and Fiona at a restaurant in Leicester.

I am absolutely certain that he said what he said and that he made the gestures I referred to, but that could have occurred in the restaurant in Leicester, even though (page five) I believe that it was later on, in Majorca. When I heard Dave saying and doing this a second time, I took it more seriously.

I remember thinking whether he looked at the girls in a different way from me or from the others. I imagined that maybe he had visited Internet sites related to small children. In short, I thought that he might be interested in child pornography on the internet.

During our holidays, I was more attentive at the bath times after hearing Dave saying that.

During our holidays in Majorca, it was the fathers who took care of the children baths. I had the tendency to walk close to the bathroom, if it was Dave bathing the children. I remember telling Savio to took care to be there, in case it was Dave helping to bathe the children and, in particular, my daughter E. I was very clear about this, as having heard him say that had disturbed me, and I did not trust him to give bath to E. alone.

When I heard Dave say that a second time, it reinforced what I already thought in relation to his thoughts about girls. During our stay in Majorca, Dave and his wife, Fiona, accompanied by their daughter L., took Madeleine (page 6) with them to spend the day, in order to give Kate and Gerry a bit of rest and time to be with the twins. When I say this, it is not that I was worried about Madeleine's safety, since she was also with Fiona and L., and also with Dave, as far as I know.

As I have already mentioned, I was only with Dave and Fiona on one occasion, after Majorca, and I have not spoken to them since then. In the last two years, we have met, as a family, with the MCCANN, every now and then. This mainly happens on the children's birthdays, a time when we meet up.

The first time I heard of the terrible news about Madeleine's disappearance through the radio, my thoughts went immediately to Dave. I asked Savio if Dave was also on holidays with the MCCANN in Portugal but he did not know.

I watched the TV thoroughly, and seeing the news coverage, I noticed that Dave was there, because I saw him, in the background, on the television images during the first days after Madeleine?s disappearance. Based upon that, I believed that he was on holidays with the MCCANN in Portugal.

Today, Wednesday, 16th of May of 2007, at 17:40, I gave DC Brewer an A4 page containing 2 photographic images. I am going to refer to these images as (Ref KZG/1) (element of proof) that may (page seven) be presented as means of proof, if necessary. These photographs were taken during the holidays in Majorca. In the photographs, Dave is wearing a white T-shirt and the woman in the photograph corresponds to his wife Fiona. The man who is holding the glass of wine in the photograph is Stuart. These photographs were taken while we were in Majorca.

Sure, here's an outline of the premise, which was corroborated in part by statements made by Colin Sutton in the Daily Mail on the 10th anniversary of Madeleine's disappearance.

Madeleine Mccann was not abducted in Portugal, nor was she killed.

Madeleine was delivered to an elite pedo/pedo network by one or both of her parents assisted by elements of the Brit govt and MI5.

Madeleine's parents and some of their vacationing friends were involved in staging a fake abduction, and with the assistance of the British MI5 made it appear as if she had been killed and her body disposed of in Portugal.

Madeleine's parents had been abusing Madeleine and may have been pimping her out.

Less than two weeks after Madeleine went missing two of her parents friends came forward to give statements to the Leicestershire police suggesting abuse/pedophilia by one or both of her parents and one or more of their vacationing friends.

These two statements were deliberately suppressed by the British police and withheld from the Portuguese investigators for 6 crucial months.

A couple days later the Mccann's atty's rushed into court to make Madeleine a Ward of the Court.

After which a cloud of secrecy descended over all things Madeleine.

Later, evidence was fabricated by or on behalf of Madeleine's Fund in the form of the two Smithman images.

Smithman is a person who was observed by an Irish family in the vicinity around when Madeleine went missing, none of whom saw his face.

The phony Smithman images were released by the British Operation Grange in 2013 as persons of interest.

After Op Grange released them the images produced nothing and were forgotten until they resurfaced in the context of the 2016 U.S. Prez. election when someone noticed the images looked like John and Tony Podesta.

The British investigations were compromised and were fraudulent, as was just confirmed by Mr. Colin Sutton, an investigator who was told if he headed the investigation he would be limited in what he could investigate concerning the Mccann's involvement.
