Clapper and Yates Just Admitted US Surveillance of Kislyak & Flynn Was Illegal

Hopefully someone in power will pick this up. The lawlessness of the Obama Administration continues to be exposed.

Section 702 of the Patriot Act states the person being surveilled must be a non-US Person and must not be within US Borders.

The Calls intercepted between Russian Ambassador Kislyak and General Michael Flynn by DNI and FBI were on December 29th, 2016.


"American officials have also said that there were multiple telephone calls between Mr. Flynn and Mr. Kislyak on Dec. 29, beginning shortly after Mr. Kislyak was summoned to the State Department and informed that, in retaliation for Russian election meddling, the United States was expelling 35 people suspected of being Russian intelligence operatives and imposing other sanctions."

5 Calls between Flynn and Kislyak on December 29th. When everybody in the Government knew he was on US soil.

Clapper went out of his way, multiple times, to be clear 702 was only to be used on Non-US Persons OUTSIDE of the United States.

So either they broke the law in surveilling Kislyak via 702 or there was a different method of law they used to Surveil Kislyak and/or Flynn (FISA Warrant) that has not been disclosed.
