Mandela effect is a good way to brush up on both history and meaningless factoids.
History example:
The torch on the statue of liberty is inaccessible since 1916 due to a damned huge explosion. Basically due to shrapnel from a German terrorist attack on a munitions depot nearby.
Who knew!
Factoid example:
It's apparently barenstain bears.
