Mother walks around half naked with boobies flying around. 6yr old son also walks around half naked with only underwear. Son at times caresses mommy's boobies and peck kisses them.

Is this ok?

I breastfead my 5 year old till she was two. I wear clothes but she's always cuddling up to them rubbing her cheek. Between her and my husband I'm smothered. Was he breastfead? And she should wear clothes. I do but I'm heavy top so dosnt matter.

No this isn't normal. This goes way beyond the stages of weaning a breast fed child. This mother definitely has a detachment problem and the child will or already has emotional and will suffer psychological problems in the near future.
