Disney Hacked: New 'Pirates of the Caribbean' Movie Reportedly Held For Ransom
Walt Disney CEO Bob Iger revealed Monday hackers stole one of the company's upcoming films and are demanding the studio pay a ransom to prevent the film from leaking online, the Hollywood Reporter reported.

Who would want to see it anyway.

Johnny Depp took on his Jack Sparrow character in real life a little too much.

Well they are idiots then. No-one gives a fuck about Pirates. Every movie has been shit since the first one, which was pretty decent.

They should have gone after Star Wars Ep.8

Disney would definately have to pay up for that, they are shit scared of having ANYTHING leaked about it.

Didn't Disney completely replace their IT with foreign techs using some visa to work here? I think Disney even forced the old IT employees to train their replacements.

I wonder if any of this played into that.

What? It's not like the hackers stole the only copy.

Personally I'd watch this instead of the Star Wars shit. It's been utter crap since the original trilogy. The only story worth telling after that would have been the one with Luke falling for the Dark Side and Leia bringing him back. I don't know what they were thinking when they raped the series with Jar Jar on othet made-up, non-canon shit pulled out of marketdroids' ass.

Let them have it and release it anyway as scheduled. If the hackers offer it free or sell it then bust them for copyright and theft.

Dude's right above.

Imagine if Jar Jar had been leaked. Star Wars the franchise which eventually was sold for 4 billion USD, would never have recovered.

Nobody was paying to either a washed up actor or a washed up franchise that should have been sent floating out to sea ten years ago.

It's actually American taxpayer's fault.
We paid the US government who in turn developed these weaponized malware systems which are now being turned on Americans.

Re: Disney Hacked: New 'Pirates of the Caribbean' Movie Reportedly Held For Ransom
Let's be honest here, none of them know what the fuck to do.

"Pirates" was on our level when we all read "Watchman" the comic book by that one UK wizard, Alan Moore I think his name is. We were all like "The fuck? In the future people read comic books about Pirates??"

Well, the best thing about those first pirates mopvies, 1-3 and I like them all, 2 and 3 were made back to back so they did a back to the future on the trilogy and that worked really well I thought. But the best thing, was the classic shipbuilding OP. Not in comic book form, but, creaking timbers, rainbullets going literally sidways at your head while the vessel tilts some 100 degree from side to side? Hah now that's drama. Every man who goes to sea, potentially never returns to thee.

Re: Disney Hacked: New 'Pirates of the Caribbean' Movie Reportedly Held For Ransom
I don't know why OP, but, in those rare times I have been directly in the prow of a boat on high seas, I get giddy and stupid like, it's hard to describe but I am sure some squids know what I mean. You feel as if, yes, you will die in that next crash of the prow against some hard thing that cannot possibly be water. You feel the shiver of the vessel and then the rise of its survival, to greet the next wave. No land lubber can understand what I mean. And sadly, some men have gone to sea, and hired bad crew which took their ship, or, just didn't plan well enough for the harshness of the ocean, and were not returned ever, to land.

So, I am saying, Pirates as such, is a ride at Disneyland. Is it a ride of crashing waves? No, but is it as absurdly hypnotic? Yes. That ride is trippy as fuck.

I am not unaccustomed to giving my ideas and art away for free, so here I go again:

Ride = It's a Small World. Disney: Buys the property called "Jedi Academy Younglings"

Thus "It's a Youngling's World" would be easily seven pictures box office smash. I am talking billboards for days, weeks, I am talking theatrical re-release with 8k resolution, come on you fuckers you know what i mean.
