At the time of this "memo" leak, Comey was already fired. He doesn't have access to his files. This Wittes "friend" also doesn't work for the FBI, so never had this supposed memo - ever.

I believe that's a different memo than the supposed Comey memo leaked to the NYT.

Deputy Rosenstein is referring to his own memo recommending the Comey firing.

I believe they saw the shit storm from direct accusations. These people aren't dumb. They kniw Trump us the NRA candidate. They kniw his supporters are rabid and the last bastion of patriotism in the United States. They have to be aware of the results of an illegal impeachment. This way they can say we were fair. The other day my friend said to me ....it doesn't even reach political or conspiracy site standards and I laughed out loud cause he was right. Glpers would not put up with a non substantiated story, he basically publish and uncle story in a mainstream newspaper.

How come no one is checking out if the two guys, who look really odd when interviewed on the fake news networks and the ny times guy have any ties to foreign governments or even our government?

Could it really be that simple?

Something tells me they are calming (a bit) before a storm. The Dems have always been about changing their tactics to further their goals, at whatever the cost. Nothing sticks to them for long.

I really hope he gets to start issuing indictments soon.

Still, the idea of draining the swamp completely would effectively leave congressional seats empty, and many government offices without staff (just to hame a few)...and I can't see how the 'next in line' personnel and acting personnel would be any better.

The lawlessness has long and deep roots in state money and party politics, right down to the village levels from where these very people first began their rise from all walks of life.

It's a insidious disease that could take generations to wipe out, if that's even possible.

All we might hope to accomplish is to dismantle the power Web as it stands at this point in time, and hope that those severed ties is enough to break immediate bonds as we get back to the business of healing out nation.

We'd need new laws, and constitutional updates that force public servants to operate in transparency. It's the lack of transparency that ultimately allows graft and collisions to once again control our country.

EVERYTHING needs to be reviewed and revised as needed.

Our challenge is so enormous, it encompasses every imaginable aspect of every community in this Nation. It cannot readily be fixed.
