Did Noah's Ark get rained on?
Yes.
Noah went through the flood, he wasn't exempted from it.
Rapture happens (ressurection of the dead and the 'changing' of the living saints) when Jesus returns. Jesus returns to establish his kingdom on Earth and to fix all the screw-ups of mankind.

But before that, everything gets really really bad. Christians will be slaughtered and beheaded and persecuted - which is why it is called the tribulation.

Sorry OP - I hope I'm wrong but the Bible is pretty clear that the rapture happens at the return of Jesus and that is AFTER a period of extreme distress.
