The comments about junk food and obesity are correct. Food stamps should be restricted to basics and nothing else, no candy soda, no chips, nothing but TP, and real food.

Even though I struggle with weight, it still amazes me how many big fat people drain the system for all sorts of aches and pains that being fat brings on. I just pulled out my lower back, why? I'm out of shape. Most people would have run to the Doctor, gotten a shot or two in the sciatic nerve, and a script for pain meds, when in fact the thing to do is rest, start dieting immediately to relive the excess weight, and as soon as you can move start exercising the gluts and abs. Problem solved.
You go only if you're screaming in pain, that did happen to me once, and I never got that fat again. Those steroid shots are a miracle; 'I'm just not paying 600 a month with a 5k deductible to get one. How about 130 for the visit and 25 for the shot?
