But Jesus said to him,
For I have come down from heaven




That our limited finite minds cannot understand and comprehend the infinite unlimited Trinity of God does not disprove that Jesus is God, as Thomas said to Him.

The Almighty Creator can easily come to us as one of us to show Himself to us in the only way that we can really understand without becoming not God.

The Almighty Creator God did not cease being God when He also came to us as one of us with us.

Faith.

You deny God because God does not conform to your mere limited finite physical mental capacity?!

How could God possibly NOT vastly exceed your ability to comprehend?!
