It means that they picked an area where they could easily set up their fake evidence and get the "attack" rolling from there. If this was a REAL attack, someone would have been IN the crowd to maximize the body count. That's how REAL terrorists act. That's why 9/11 was so instantly suspicious - the LOW BODY COUNT based on the full potential for the day.

I believe the Intel agencies have a playbook that they use with designated cities that have mobile units attached or near by. The playbooks have scenarios and scripts so that when they decide a false flag is needed, to further an agenda or deflect a story, they just select the target (the only reason an area might be picked is because something plausible is going on, like an Ariana Grande concert) and send in the units. The units have crisis actors, with back stories and fake clothes/injuries, probably bags of debris, dummies, etc. Like a Hollywood production unit. They set it up in an area away from the main activities - as they did here - and start the ball rolling. Of course police and ambulances are stationed a few blocks away so they can roll right in. It's like an evil Impossible Missions Force.

Because it's all pre-set and planned, and probably with trial runs beforehand, it probably takes them a very short period of time to do one of these, and then they hand it to the DNC protecting News Media - their propaganda outlet - to make it seem "real" and keep it on several news cycles, over and over again. Anyone who criticizes this or points out the problems, is disloyal or a nut or something - despite the fact we've seen false flags at 9/11, Sandy Hook, Boston Bombing, Nice Truck, Orlando nightclub, London metro and God knows how many others.

So sad to see people who should know better suckered every time. And so sad to again see it confirmed who runs this site.
