I'm always in ketosis. No idea why. Already ruled out diabetes.
It's a good place to be for weight loss. I eat like a pig and you can't tell.

Staying really hydrated nudges it down the tiniest bit. I discovered it when I had a bunch of multi-analysis test strips to monitor a temporary condition and the ketone section always showed up dead black. I thought the strips were broken. Then I thought I was dying when I found out they weren't.... That was years ago. Still not dead.
