Marijuana is a plant found in nature and adults have a God-Given right to ingest anything of nature without government control or intervention as long as there is no harm to others. That's where govt can play a role: don't smoke and drink while using equipment; don't smoke and drink in front of children; don't smoke and drink in public places, etc...

I truly thought Trump would approach this from a BUSINESS VENTURE IDEOLOGY where money and freedom equals prosperity. He would be the most popular President on the left and right by just issuing an executive order temporarily rescheduling MARIJUANA which would curry favor from the left and would force the left to rethink it's policy of JUDICIAL ACTIVISM. Let's see the left sue him for this executive order if he explicitly states it is to alleviate pain and suffering. The left would be rendered toothless. What better way to jump start an economy through bipartisan prosperity by showing the enemy a shining example of how CAPITALISM works for them in their favor.

Last but not least, if we approached the war on drugs like we approached the MIDDLE EAST on TERRORISM through OIL AND ENERGY INDEPENDENCE, we could disarm the CARTELS by putting the money back into AMERICAN BANKS through taxes and regulations. If the United States wanted to truly win the war on drugs, using CAPITALISTIC TACTICS by destroying the demand and eliminating the competition through monopoly legislation would be simple and effective. Just like the US declared an INTERNATIONAL MONOPOLY on cotton, we could do the same with Marijuana but this Administration is not interested in a COMMON SENSE APPROACH.
