"Bernstein, in court documents filed Friday, claims that the “Even Stevens” star’s outburst was only because the bar refused to serve him and his wife."

"LaBeouf and wife Mia Goth were at the Pinz Bowling Alley in L.A. on April 5, when Goth went next door to the bar, the lawsuit says."

"Another bartender refused to serve her, however, because Goth already seemed pretty drunk."
