Town in central WA. Not a huge town, mainly houses a prison the highest Max in WA, but other than that just rural folk and mexican migrant workers

By central, you mean eastern WA...There is western WA and eastern WA divided by mountains. Eastern WA is much HOTTER and much COLDER and tons of crops are grown there...Lots of migrant workers as you said...Also the toxic Hanford nuclear site is there...It may well be in the center of the state, but as a 62 year resident NO ONE ever refers to central WA.
It is either east or west of the mountains...Yea I know...whatever dude.

And just for fun, there is a CENTRALia WA and it is in western WA.

Well...weird situation for a drill. But whatever works, I guess.

And I'm certainly glad it wasn't real, for that matter.

destroying homeless camps up to this point has pretty much only been the hobby of uniform wearing servants...strange drill indeed..
