He lives in a (according to the video) 99%+ white town. Never even seen a Muslim up close probably. Most of the whites holding up their 'immigrants welcome' sign are products of a very affluent and privileged upbringing, have never had to go to school with non-whites, and have never dealt with them outside of a controlled environment, if at all.

Same here in the United States. The more white an area is, the more likely it is that they think everyone else is great and oppressed by the evil white menace. The less interaction they've had with Muslims, the greater they think Islam is.

People who are critical of Islam are not ignorant like they try to say. It's the opposite. Almost every non-Muslim fan of Islam has had no interaction with Islam or Muslims. People who say it's the 'religion of peace' haven't dealt with them.

Contrary to that, the more interaction with Islam a non-Muslim has had, and the more suspicious or hostile a person will be towards it.

It's empirical evidence and experience that leads to this, and ignorance that leads of blind acceptance and promotion.

I'm all for freedom of religion, and used to think that the idea of putting legal restrictions on Islam specifically ran contrary to the constitution. But I eventually realized Islam is not a religion. It's a terrorist political movement that is actively working to destroy western civilization and bring about the downfall of the United States government, our constitution, and the governments of all non-Muslim nations. Killing nonbelievers and destroying nations is its primary goal. And violent terrorist organizations shouldn't get protection just because they claim religious motives for their barbarism.
