Homemade chili and rice with a BIG romaine/avo/sweet onion salad.

And I've jus been thinking (esp lately with the world how it is), how MUCH I appreciate having good meals to eat, a roof over my head, a/c (!AZ heats brutal!) and the ability to safely enjoy what I have in life....so fortunate in many regards. (!)
