Sliced andouille sausage with onions and apples. Side of roasted red potatoes and sweet corn sliced off the cob.

The only thing store bought for this meal is the Andouille due to the fact I dont have pigs here. We grow all of our own vegis and what we do not have we trade within the family that have items we dont.

I am about to trade 1/4 steer we just butchered Sunday for a whole hog that my buddy is butchering.

I need to find a source for fruit other than peaches.
