That cat was probaly confused and lonely wondering WTF happened to me, why am I abandoned? i dont really know what youre talking about. the pic shows roadkill and darkwolf didnt give up a cat. he probably did the opposite Ah, no. My former cat, Roadkill, eventually died of old age. He lived a very happy life where he was very much loved and cared for. He was named Roadkill because literally one more vehicle he would of been dead. He was probably less than an hour from death when my mother literally picked him off the hot concrete just a little bit from our former electric company, CapRock's payment window. My mom witnessed Roadkill get run over by the dually truck in front of her and her husband's cousin. I forgot her name. My mom asked her to stop the car. She did. My mom got out of the car and quickly grabbed the severely bloodied, and broken kitten. She got back in the car with the dying kitten. She used the bottom half of her shirt to cup and shelter the kitten. He came to long enough to look up at my mother, meowed once before emptying his bowels and peed on her. He passed out. All three of them went to the discount vet's office initially. My mom just started to inquiry about the vet being in when she noticed a dozen or so cats that were up to chopped to pieces. Specifically, some were missing multiple body parts. Most were missing at least one limb such a rear leg. The vet came out to interview my mother. Turned out she (the vet) really wanted to chop up Roadkill saying he desperately needed to be without one leg, and was mulling over chopping off one of his arms too. That is when my mother said "Oh fuck no!" and left that vet office with the dying kitten still in her arms. My mother and step father's cousin then went to our trusted vet's office back then. That vet treated Roadkill without dismembering him at all. He simply cleaned Roadkill's right leg at his hip and right thigh. Turned out his hip and right thigh bones were exposed in two large areas. This happened when he was run over by the dually truck. His hip was practically crushed while his right thigh bone was broken. Our vet simply reset both Roadkill's hip and right leg. After which he put Roadkill in a sturdy feline shaped cast for his lower half. After the vet bill was paid we took Roadkill home. He was very much content for the first fortnight. He was just happy to be somewhere presumably safe from the dangers he was facing on a constant basis prior to being run over by the dually truck. By about a fortnight later Roadkill became a very anxious and frustrated kitten. He no longer wanted to be in his sizable cardboard box. He wanted to be rough housing with Champ. Champ was one of my sisters' dog until she literally abandoned him at our mother's house and I took ownership of him with a month or two of that. Roadkill enjoyed rough housing with Champ. I should also mention that Champ at the time was an adorable black and brown-orange puppy. By the time Roadkill's injuries had healed the only thing you could tell with him that was really off about him was his right thigh bone connecting at his hip was permanently offset. This did not ever deter Roadkill. He grew up to be a highly aggressive Love Me kitty. Conspiracy Theorist is nothing more than a derogatory title used to dismiss a critical thinker. The same sister of mine who owned Champ early on paid for Roadkill's vet bill. She declared she owned Roadkill too back then. She also abandoned Roadkill alongside Champ at our mother's house. I took them both. I personally found out back then too that if you genuinely repent to the animal you previously abused you can legitimately build a friendship with that animal. I did that with Champ and wow... he became a pretty darn good guard dog for me. He lived a pretty good life where he was loved on... and summarily treated as the family four legged garbage can. Champ's "special ability" back then was to practically teleport from my room to the kitchen in under a second it would almost always seem anytime my mother would yell out, "Goddamnit!", "Fuck!" and/or any other similar angry words. Sometimes she would drop a piece of food he liked or loved by accident and that food would never touch the floor. Oh man... what a spoiled doggie he was. There was one night I can recall where he was following me into my bed room. He considered my bedroom his room. I thought he was less than a foot away from me. So I stopped and he ran into my butt. About the same time I farted. He yelped somewhat loudly. Most likely at the stench of my fart. He then growled and litter bit my right butt cheek. Oh man... that dog was full of personality too. Got me back almost immediately. Conspiracy Theorist is nothing more than a derogatory title used to dismiss a critical thinker. Which is why most pet owners seem to have much lower blood pressure than those who do not have any pets of their own. Roadkill was at least half Maine Coon too. He was a giant furball. During the winter he would usually puff up to look like an even bigger ball of fluff. In the right lighting then he would look like the most evil giant ball of fluff.
