Looks mildly interesting enough. But I think I'm gonna get baked and play poker instead though.

No dinosaurs. They started "unearthing" them after Darwin.

The first 1/3rd was pretty good with some compelling pro-creation evidence about a worldwide flood.

After that it started slipping, and the arguments got weaker and weaker. Although the part about fossils and finding actual cellular material (read: not rock) was pretty intriguing.

I think the weakest argument of all was when the Astronomer tried to explain how light from the Andromeda galaxy reached earth so quickly, after conceding that he and other creationists agreed with mainstream scientists about how far away it is. His claim? God just made the light appear 'really fast'. A flat earth cosmology would explain it a lot better. LOL

Either way, it is worth a watch. Very well produced, great visuals and some compelling pro-creation arguments.

But I agree, that trailer doesn't hit on the best parts. It only shows its bias and plays to its audience more than anything else (existing Christians).

Not pro-creation myself, per se, but I appreciated the mention of the flood. Mainstream science is bullshit too, in my eyes. Can't win them all.

Sounds like more creationist fucknuttery masquerading as real science.

I like to keep an open/critical mind about it all.. The introduction showing a large canyon that formed over decades (not thousands or hundreds of thousands of years) and the segue to the Grand Canyon and followup evidence is particularly interesting to me.

Would you rather listen to someone talk about slime and apes?

The grand canyon was formed when the ancient Colorado River eroded into the ancient Colorado plateau during the uplift of the Uncompraghe Mountains. You can go to Moab and actually see the exposed and uplifted fault.

So as the Colorado River was uplifted trapping the Colorado River, the water has no where else to go but down thus creating the Grand Canyon.

The Grand Canyon is not the only geologic feature that was created during the uplift. I offer as evidence the many canyons in Canyonlands National Park and the Black Canyon on the Gunisson.

Brush on your critical thinking skills. Quoting verses from the Bible does not count as critical thinking.
