Help damsel in distress auto immune encephalopathy

I am a 43 year old widow with auto immune encephalopathy .. do you or any one you know have a good dr in this area you could share .. I've tried many medicines .. the steroids work for a while then it relapses.. any natural immune suppressants .. thunder god vine is one . Any others? My memory is so bad I was tested as Multiple personality or d I d ... I' could go on listing symptoms the inability to understand spoken word, sometimes being frozen not able to speak or move .. incontence having to wear diapers .. seizures... not being allowed to drive .. forgetting how knobs on the stove or sink work.. any help would be appreciated .. applied to Mayo got accepted ., real pro is at John Hopkins may apply there...
