That's how they take over. This is happening on a huge scale in the UK. Housing Officers etc are all muslims, so the houses go to muslims, while locals pay huge rents to muslim landlords and army vets and so on sleep on the streets. Benefits officers are all muslim, so they milk the system. And so on.
