If we're right, we'll know it when he doesn't make it out. Complications from the surgery, my guess is they won't release it for a few days, then say it was infection or a hemorrhage that caused heart failure.
After-which, all the investigations will stop and we'll enter a bright new age where both parties work together like rainbows and butterflies.
