Intel: 4-star General flees USAF, says doom in 2017

Notes from Libertas Bell interview 07.16.2014

I have no idea who this YT guy is, or his credibility. The military details and construction info, I'm not familiar with and can't comment on.

Now Trump got in instead of Hillary, so that could change the timeline. But Bilderberg basically saying they endorse him, sounds like he's not a major wrench.

VIDEO SUMMARY

I. Background

-- The interviewee is (or was) USAF. He went from Major to 4-star General within 4 years - a "hot shot".
-- He was in charge of asymmetric warfare.
-- Called upon because he was going to be next in line for JCoS (Joint Chiefs of Staff) "after Dempsey gets down". He would be representing the USAF.
-- So they approached him with a FISA contract, bound for life.

One of the stipulations on the contract: that he should be able to fire on and give orders to kill American citizens on American soil.

This "shook him to the core", he would have no part in it. His reaction angered the people at the conference table; he was escorted from Langley by 2 armed guards. Shortly thereafter some weird things started occurring. They "started messing with him". Credit cards with accounts he'd been using over 20 years, e.g. AMEX, would suddenly be shut out of the blue.

He is totally freaked out, goes ahead and puts his house on the market ("is up for sale right now as we speak"), left most of their belongings there, took out only necessities. His wife is on board with him, believes everything he's said.

He just wants to get out of the country. And in that endeavor he came into contact with one of Libertas Bell's own contacts/sources [who does something intelligence-related] and through him got a hold of Libertas Bell.

II. Dates

The General described in detail the following / made the following claims. Meanwhile, Bell says he found that the dates mentioned corroborated with everything he's "been hearing" from "his other sources" (FWIW).

Whether this is "off by 6 months or whatnot, that's not the point, it's the events and the build-up to the events."

1) "Undermining" of the U.S. dollar by the end of 2015, including:
-- The Russian blowback against Ukraine which will occur
-- The BRICS bank, which has already been signed

2) By 2017 and no later, the U.S. will no longer exist.
-- This coincides with the final undermining of the U.S. dollar which will kill the u.s. economy
-- At this point, after all this dumping of illegals, they're going to shotgun-merge us with the Mexicans and Canadians - the North American Union.
-- At the end of 2017 it will be announced that we no longer exist as a functional government.
-- "In other words, we'll probably default on our debt."
-- When that occurs, you are looking at major economic upheaval
-- The press covers and announcements to be given to the media have, as of today, already been prepared.

III. The NWO Silk Road

8 billion dollars -- conservatively -- (that he knows of) of black ops money was utilized to help rebuild the Silk Road.

-- It will stretch from London to Busan, the southern-most port of South Korea, which will be the exit for the pipeline.
-- Made of 3-ft super concrete, with 1" bars and 12" centers. "Tough as nails, super strong." It will be covered in 3' of structural asphault, that is asphault intermingled with fiberglass. "Nothing will be able to break this thing apart."
-- Only commercial and military transports and operations will be done on it. Nobody else.
-- It takes a 42-day sea route and reduces it down to 14 days.

IV. The NWO Command Centers

The deindustrialization of the U.S. began with Nixon and was accelerated under Clinton, and a lot of our trade secrets went over to the Chinese.

The way the breakdown will occur:
-- The financial control system will be in the city of London.
-- The religious component of this entire thing will be the Vatican.
-- The military node, key to this whole operation, will be D.C., which will be REPOSITIONED to Denver, CO.
-- The manufacturing/economic engine of the New World, Inc. will be China. "Of course, that will come as no surprise."
-- We are on schedule (as of 07.2014), if not slightly ahead.

V. The Drone Program

"He named a specific drone pilot."

There is a young gentleman who was a rising star at Colorado Springs AF Academy. The kid is very distraught because last week he's killed about 37 civilians abroad using a predator. This young man said he feels worse than Hitler of what he's doing, killing innocent men, women and children who are just civilians. He knows they're not part of any sort of terrorist organization or whatnot.

When these drone guys target you they can see you as if you're 20 yards away. Very close. So when you explode they have a clear view of what happens to a human body when it's hit with explosive rounds.

The drone programs are really dark, and highly compartmentalized. Drone pilots do not have contact with one another. They're not allowed to socialize w/ one another or talk. They sit there, do their 2-man mission, and they're gone. And when they're dismissed they're dismissed 30 minutes apart and they're tailed home by an armed guard to make sure they are going home, that they do not mingle with anybody else. They are always monitored and never alone. It's that serious.

The reason for that is they're looking for the people who can kill others using a drone with no qualms and no problems. This ties in to the question of resistance, and civilian resistance.

VI. Patriots

What about the resistance, the "sleeping giant" we talk about in terms of the American citizen?

"There's no way to stop this."
"Most of the people buying firearms and playing soldier on a firing range are not emotionally ready for the job. They are not emotionally ready to kill. They cannot go up against a tactical team."

They have no idea of the size of force that is coming against them.
10s even 100s of thousands of "mercs" -- mercenary groups.

There's going to be a ton of these guys out there.

And their weapons systems are force multipliers -- one weapon system could kill thousands. e.g. one drone could kill 100s or 1000s of people.
That's a force multiplier.

VII. Mass Bioweapons

When they bring down the U.S. in 2017, they have -- in key locations in the U.S. -- bioweapons placed.

If you have a 33oz can of Folgers coffee, and you have this bioagent in there and you walk into a busy area, say an overpass in Dallas, TX, or the GW Bridge right here in NY, or anywhere you have a very heavy traffic area, and you open up that Folgers can. And the wind is say 3 mph or so. You can have 20 million dead in 3 days. This type of bioagent will affect the water, the food, and the air. It will take 3 days to kill with a near 98% kill rate.

The initial beta tests are on the pneumonic plague. a /low-grade/ pneumonic plague, engineered so that identification by autopsy will be impossible -- complete plausible deniability for the gov't.

IIX. Too Late to Escape

When this happens, they're going to shut down all passports. All passports will be canceled. All airports and shipping ports will be shut down.

The recent spat of sightings of high-speed gunboats in Texas, NY, NJ, CA, Louisiana, FL, are being operated by SPECOPS teams, not the ones you see with State Police -- not those, these are different boats.

In a collapse situation, people with means will like to hire a skipper to get off-land. These boats will be there to ensure that anybody who tries to leave will be sent right to the bottom.

There will be a very high level of covert operational activity that is designed to create chaos.

IX. Conclusion

What is coming upon this country, and what they have planned, has so shaken him to the core, that he contacted Bell to get out, to leave. He is concerned about his children who still live and work here, and he is concerned about his grandchildren.

It's important to get this information out b/c he wants people to get out of the line of fire.

The 2017 date is key.

An example of asymmetric warfare -- we will just come and blow your wife and kids away in order to stop you from fighting. "How do you like them apples."

"I'm not in the business of scaring the crap out of people at all. I like offering solutions. but take this information, you pray about it, you think upon it, you chew upon it, you think it through thoroughly, and you do what you gotta do, in the days ahead."

"If you can get out of the country, if you can flee to the north go north. If you can flee to the south go south. If you can just get on a yacht right now with a rich friend of yours and sail into the middle of nowhere you do that. Or if you can just disappear off the grid, stay away from heavily populated areas, I'd recommend you do that. Things are going to get ugly."
