I do not know about that, my cousin was killed on Halloween night with his friend and coworker, by a bunch of punks who cut down trees in curve on the mountainous West Virginia road.
They could not see the road block until they drove right into it going around that curve.
They went off the mountain and my cousin bled to death before the response crew could get to him.
They were coming home from work, his brother committed suicide ten years afterwards on the anniversary of his death, he was a Vietnam vet.
My aunt lost both of her children that way and was left with none.

It is a good thing that France is a modern country and can assist those who are traumatized by this.
