I think she's playing the typical left wing apologist. Even though she's the victim, it really wasn't the black "kids" fault it just got out of control and so on. Similar to how we now have little girls getting gang raped by Muslims and then apologizing to the rapists and making excuses for them. It's become an epidemic, the way lefties excuse the animal like behavior of other lefties and they're especially anxious to excuse it where non whites are concerned. They still think they can "understand" their way out of violence and thereby solve all the worlds problems with words. You know, cause it's worked out so well after eight years of Obama kissing everybody's ass and countless failed attempts at rebooting the peace and love movement.
