GET YOUR ARM BACK IN THAT VEHICLE AND ON THE STEERING WHEEL! STUPID ASSHOLE! Then you see about 10 cars behind them as as they drive 10 miles an hour under the speed limit. They'er basically the conservative version of the liberals who get in the road on their bicycles.
